Celestial Beerworks was the next stop on Hoppy’s tour. They opened their doors in the fall of 2018. They are a family-friendly and pet-friendly brewery offering small-batch rotating seasonal beers and are known for specializing in New England-Style/Hazy IPAs. One of their beers, Jerzy, honors the life and legacy of a holocaust survivor.
While there, Hoppy enjoyed an Astrophage Hazy Double IPA, a collaboration with Jester King Brewing. It is described as being loaded with Cryo Fresh Krush, Riwaka Hop Kief and both Idaho 7 and Mosaic hops, The Cryo Fresh, from Yakima Chief, is a process where they essentially freeze the hop matter right after processing so that it keeps its earthy, wet, bold harvest freshness. 8% ABV.
