TRITON BREWING – LAWRENCE
The last visit for Hoppy, on the weekend, was at Triton Brewing Co. and Bistro in Lawrence. They were established in 2011 and are located at Fort Benjamin Harrison.
While there, Hoppy quaffed a Rail Splitter IPA which is described as a fresh golden brew with noticeable citrus and floral aromas balanced on a nice malty backbone with a dry finish. It is 7.0% ABV; 70 IBU.
