Hoppy was recently in Alaska where he visited breweries in Anchorage, Eagle River and Seward. Shortly after his arrival at the Anchorage Airport he wea greeted by the below welcoming party.
His first brewery visit was at Seward Brewing which opened their doors on August 17th, 2012, and changed ownership in 2014. They are a seasonal brewery, and they are not open during the winter season due to the additional costs involved.
While visiting, Hoppy hoisted a Sauvy B KY PA IPA. It is described as a fruit-forward IPA style brewed with Phantasm Powder, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, and mango. It clocks in at 8% ABV.
