Hoppy’s next Saturday visit was at the Pax Verum Brewing Pax Public Saloon at Natural State Provisions in Indianapolis. They opened at this location in September 2022. It is the former location of Flat 12 Bierwerks and Rad Brewing.
Their brewery/taproom is located in Lapel, where they have an all-ages patio area.
Hoppy quaffed a Reptilia West Coast IPA during the visit. It is described as being like a reptile traversing the ancient journey and weaving through the world on fire, mastering the subtleties of evolution and the art of standing out. 6.7% ABV, 75 IBU.
