The Menu

Feast your way through a Porktoberfest spread that’s hearty, smoky, and perfect for fall:

• Oysters – served raw on the half shell with mignonette sauce, Cholula vinaigrette, and fresh lemon.
• Cochinita Slider – tender pork on a brioche bun with chipotle BBQ and pickled onion.
• Pork Taco – slow-cooked pork butt topped with pineapple salsa on a corn tortilla.
• Smoked Rib Tips – glazed in Stalin BBQ sauce and finished with Korean slaw.
• Pretzel Bites – warm, soft, and served with our house Public House mustard.
• Black Bean Soup – rich, smoky, with bacon — plus fresh-roasted hog meat added live at the carving station.
• Whole Fire-Roasted Hog – the showstopper, carved fresh and served with smoky BBQ.

The Beer

Your ticket includes two tokens good for any Evil Czech draft — with over a dozen on tap, there’s something for every taste.

• Featured Seasonal: Oktoberfest – 5.6% ABV • 20 IBU – A classic Märzen lager. Light-bodied, slightly sweet, and very crisp with a mild lingering bitterness to balance it out. Copper-orange in appearance.
• Other drafts pouring: Old Prague, Corndance, Higgins’ Haze, GG Patton, Evil Czech-Munk, Static Chipmunk, Jesús, Nefarious Harbor, Bigsby, Voodoo, John the One-Eyed, Hang It in the Leuven, Chucky’s Mistress.
