BIER BREWERY GRAND OPENING – NOBLESVILLE

BIER BREWERY GRAND OPENING – NOBLESVILLE

Hoppy attended the grand opening of Bier Brewery in Noblesville yesterday. The 6,000 square foot taproom is located on 4 acres of property.ย The site includes a dog park, children’s playground, covered outdoor seating, a private room, and a large outdoor biergarten with bike access to the Allisonville Road Trail.

While there, Hoppy quaffed his go-to ale from Bier, a Wizard Tears. It is a DDH West Coast IPA described as brewed deep in a black kettle by a gathering of elder wizards. They churn and churn until tears of magical wisdom drop their hex weathered eyes to complete this spell binding serum. It clocks in at 6.7% ABV, 88 IBU.

Brew Link’s New Indianapolis Brewery

Brew Link’s New Indianapolis Brewery

Brew Link Brewery in Plainfield opened a second location last month in Indianapolis, at 714 N. Capitol Avenue, the former location of TwoDEEP Brewing. I visited it yesterday, for the first time, and enjoyed a delicious burger and brew and excellent customer service. A big advantage of this location in downtown Indy, is that they have their own parking lot, making it very convenient for their guests. You might wish to check it out at your earliest convenience.

(I posted a visit to their golf course location in Plainfield, In June of last year.)
