BEERCATION 2022 – PAWLEYS ISLAND TAVERN – SOUTH CAROLINA
Pawleys Island Tavern, also known as “The PIT”, claims to be a place for locals and those who wanna be. It is located in, you guessed it, Pawleys Island. It is hidden back from Ocean Highway and the best way to find it is to look for a large mailbox that says PIT, just South of The Island Shops.
While there, Hoppy enjoyed a pint of Dirty Myrtle Double IPA from New South Brewing. It is described as being packed ridiculously full of Mosaic, Simcoe and Falconer’s Flight Hops and comes in at a deceiving 8.9% ABV.
