Hoppy visited the Big Tuna Restaurant & Bar aka Old Fish House at the boardwalk in Georgetown, SC. Here he dined on a Flounder while sipping a Huger Street IPA from Palmetto Brewing in Charleston. Palmetto describes it as Chinook and Cascade hops coming together to provide the aroma and flavor of subtle citrus and a variety of caramel malts which keep things balanced with a subtle, simple sweetness the likes of which you can only find in the South.
