2TOMS BREWING – FISHERS
Hoppy’s next visit on the weekend was at 2Toms Brewing in Fishers. Having visited their brewery in Fort Wayne, he had yet to visit their location in Fishers. It opened in July of last year and is located in the space that formerly housed Redemption Alewerks. 2Toms is currently operating it as a taproom/restaurant with the beer being brewed in Fort Wayne. They have sixteen beers on draft, as well as offering some of their beers in cans.
While there, Hoppy enjoyed a Harvest Storm 2022, which is their annual wet hopped American IPA. This year it was brewed with Chinook and MI Copper hops. They describe it as having bright grapefruit and earthy dank resin flavors. 7% ABV; 195 IBU!!!???
